Labor and Industries (L&I)

For massage to be covered by insurance you will need a doctors referral from either your Primary doctor, naturopath or chiropractor. Even if your plan does not require a referral from your doctor I would like to keep your health care team involved as much as possible. Please have that in hand or faxed to my office prior to your first appointment.

Parking

Park on Wenatchee Ave or the side streets. The entrance to the building is on Wenatchee Ave through the Morris building entrance. Walk to the end of the hallway and I’ll be in suite 125, last door on your left.

GPS will have you parking on Columbia Street behind our building.

Prompt Payment Rates

Half hour $45.00 (When available)

One hour $8500

Hour and a half $110.00 (When available)

In home or Hotel $120.00 per hour plus mileage

$1.00 per minute

One hour treatment $120.00

*Prompt Payment Rates. Time of service discount represents discount for time saved by the following: no insurance billing, no extensive chart notes, no report writing, no referral acquisition, no note forwarding or mailing, no waiting for payment for services, no phone calls to insurance companies, or other time outside of session for insurance purposes.

Prices billed to insurance may be higher based on the above and other modalities incorporated. Detailed information or an estimate of billed prices are available upon request.

For package deals: any unused sessions requested to be refunded, will be adjusted as such: the used sessions will be billed at the regular time of service rate and any remaining amounts will be refunded.
